I got my plastic camera photos developed, and they were as craptastic as I had hoped! There’s also crud on these scans because I didn’t bother to Windex the scanner bed, and the scanner hasn’t been used in a year or so. I think it adds to the crappiness nicely. 😛

Holy shit I love them!
no, seriously they’re so… no words for it. They feel good. Especially 5 and 8. Those two completely blew my mind.
what’s the technical reason for the first frame to always be darker?
the little spinning disk with a hole in it that acts as a shutter apparently doesn’t always spin at a constant speed. if it goes too fast at the beginning, you get a dark frame 😀
the dog, the birds – aweeeeesome. cheesy but true.
the woman is great too.
between the two of us we like all the photos kev 🙂
aaalmost. i hope diny likes 1, 2 and 3. 😛
Hey quit posting screencaps of movies from the 70s and pass them off as photography 😛
Oh and I like 7 and 3 out of these.
And here’s something interesting. I noticed that now that you have a crappy camera are taking pictures that could be intended to be crappy. I know its hard to follow, but lets say that when you first got your 5D, would you go and take a picture of that thing in picture #2? Or the geese in #7? At that exact same angle? Probably not. You’d look for something really interesting and would actually care about the lighting and all that. Its as if having a crappy camera takes away from the pressure of producing really good photography with expensive equipment, but good photography can still manage to show up like it has on these.
any takers for 1 and 2? 😛 actually, yes, using this camera was just like a holiday from regular photography. these are just fragments of my life, and it was refreshing just having something light and cheap to carry everywhere to capture it.
not bad for a 5 buck camera…
